Giannis Kaldanis has traveled the world learning and teaching the art and science of pastry. After studying at L’ ECOLE DU GRAN CHOCOLAT VALRHONA in Lyon , France for five years, Giannis decided to pursue consulting full-time.
He worked with the masters and has trained many students through his years of teaching and consulting in all aspects of pastry. The Pastry Chef Giannis Kaldanis is member of CHERCLE DES CHEFS VALRHONA.
